The Website and App are provided by PizzaExpress (Restaurants) Limited of Building 01, Arc Uxbridge, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1DH (“PizzaExpress”, “us”, “we” or “our” for short). “you” and “your” means you as the user of our Website.
1.2 We have set out the terms under which we are providing you with access to our Website or App and their products and services. These include the terms and conditions that govern:
a) your use of our Website or App (including the mobile optimised version of our Website accessible from your portable hand-held device);
b) your use of the services and products offered through our Website or App;
c) your rights to link to our Website or App;
d) how we will use and protect information about you (see our separate Privacy Policy).

e) Accessing our in-restaurant wifi service
f) Ordering delivery or collection via our Website or App
g) Purchasing a gift card or eGift
h) Pay at table using our App

5. Accessing Our Website and App
5.1 Access to our Website is permitted on a temporary basis. We update our website regularly and so may change the content at any time without notice to you. We reserve the right to withdraw, vary or suspend the service at any time without notice.
5.2 We do not guarantee that the Websites or App will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary to access the Website or the App and recommend that you use your own virus protection software. You must not misuse the Website or App by introducing viruses, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Websites or App. You may only use the Website and the App for your own domestic, private and non-commercial use.
5.3 You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons accessing our Website or the App through your internet connection are aware of these Terms of Use.
5.4 Please note that use of our Website and the App is subject to your computer and/or portable device complying with our minimum standard technical specification and compatibility notice. You are advised to check this specification to ensure that your computer and/or portable device is compatible with our products and services and we shall not be liable for any failure arising in the Website or the App which arises from incompatibility (including, without limitation, minimum storage and memory requirements from time to time).
5.5 We reserve the right to refuse or cease any content supplied by or suspend or terminate any account of any person that we think contravenes any law; is offensive or obscene; contravenes these Terms of Use, and we may take further legal action against you.
6. Reliance on Information Posted and Liability
6.1 Materials posted on our Website or the App are not intended as advice and should not be relied upon as such. We therefore accept no liability or responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such information to the fullest extent permissible by law.
6.2 Where we provide details of our restaurant menus, we make no promise that those details will be available in a particular restaurant on a particular day – all menus are subject to availability.
6.3 Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and any liability which is unlawful for us to exclude, and so far as is permitted by law, we, and our associated companies and agents, exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from (i) any act or default of any third party supplier; (ii) circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control (iii) network, computer, and hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the Website or the App; (iv) content of websites linked to from the Website or the App or included in these Terms of Use.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 You may access, view and print out one copy of this Website and all information, images, and other content displayed on the Website ("Materials") strictly in accordance with these Terms of Use.
7.2 You may only view, print out, use, quote from and cite the Website and the Materials for your own personal, non-commercial use and on the condition that you provide the relevant acknowledgement where appropriate to PizzaExpress. All intellectual property rights in and to the Website and the Materials are either owned by or licensed to us and your use of the Website and Materials is subject to the following restrictions.
You must not:
a) remove any copyright or other proprietary notices contained in the Materials;
b) use any Materials from the Website in any manner that may infringe any copyright, intellectual property right or proprietary right of us or any third parties; or
c) reproduce, modify, display, perform, publish, distribute, disseminate, broadcast, frame, communicate to the public or circulate to any third party or exploit this Website and/or the Materials for any commercial purpose, without our prior written consent.
8. Registering an Account
8.1 You will need to register an account with us in order to access certain services available on the Websites and the App. You will be asked to provide certain personal information. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is processed.
8.2 You must download the App and register an account in order to join PizzaExpress Club. You cannot access PizzaExpress Club unless you are logged into the App.
9. PizzaExpress Club
PizzaExpress Club is a loyalty scheme where members can earn rewards by making purchases from PizzaExpress.
Once you are a member, you can earn PizzaExpress Club ‘Pizza Stamps’ and progress through tiers by purchasing certain PizzaExpress items. This allows you to claim free rewards every time you dine with us or order online via the PizzaExpress Website or App for up to 12 months. You progress through tiers after completing the required number of whole Pizza Stamps. 12 slices equate to 1 Pizza Stamp.
The loyalty scheme is not available at airport locations.
9.1 How to Earn Pizza Stamps
a) Pizzeria Dine-in
• One pizzeria visit will earn you 1 whole Pizza Stamp (12 slices) if the average spend per checked in Club member at the table is £10 or over, irrespective of who pays the bill;
• You must “check in” to your pizzeria and table number via the App whilst dining in order to earn your 1 Pizza Stamp;
• A maximum of 1 Pizza Stamp (12 slices) may be earned via this method in any 24-hour period
b) Collection or Delivery
• One Collection or Delivery purchase made through the PizzaExpress Website or App will earn you ½ a Pizza Stamp (6 slices) per order over £10;
• You must be logged into your PizzaExpress Club account when placing your Collection or Delivery order to earn your ½ Pizza Stamp (6 slices);
• A maximum of 1 whole Pizza Stamp (12 slices) may be earned via this method in any 24-hour period;
c) Cook at Home/Retail
• One chilled supermarket PizzaExpress pizza (purchased at participating retailers) will earn you ¼ Pizza Stamp (3 slices);
• You must scan the QR code provided inside your pizza packaging to earn your slices;
• Not all cook at home/retail products are eligible to earn rewards. Please check the packaging.
• There is no limit to how many slices may be earned in any 24-hour period via this method.
You can combine 12 slices earned through different purchases to earn one full Pizza Stamp.
9.2 How PizzaExpress Club Works
Terms and Conditions apply for each reward. We’ll let you know what specific terms apply for each reward when you unlock them via the App.
When you claim a free reward that you’ve earned, only qualifying items will be displayed to you, so you can then choose which of the qualifying items you want to apply as a reduction on the bill.
The rewards can be claimed when you dine-in at one of our pizzerias or when you place a collection or delivery order on our Website or App. You must spend a minimum of £10 per checked-in person when dining in, or minimum £10 for the total order when ordering online after your rewards and any other discounts have been applied to claim your free reward. When dining in, rewards can only be applied via the App at the time of your visit. For collection and delivery orders, rewards can only be applied at the time of placing your online order. We will not be able to apply rewards retrospectively, so please make sure you remember to log in to the App and check-in when dining in, and to log in to your PizzaExpress Club account on our Website or App before placing a collection or delivery order. Rewards cannot be used more than once in one calendar day.
Every time you move up a reward tier, the previous rewards will no longer apply. Once you reach a tier, this is valid for 12 months unless you continue to progress to a higher tier at which point the tier anniversary date will reset to 12 months thereafter. After 12 months we will assess how many completed Pizza Stamps you have earned over the preceding 12 months and set your tier accordingly. So, for example, if you’re in the Silver Tier, but you’ve only completed 2 Pizza Stamps in the last 12 months since the day you reached Silver tier, we will move you to the Bronze tier on the tier anniversary date. If you are in the Gold Tier and you complete 15 Pizza Stamps in the 12 months since the day you reached the Gold tier, on your anniversary you will remain Gold for a further 12 months and the stamp count will be reset. Extra stamps are not carried over into subsequent years.
PizzaExpress Club account activity will be monitored, and we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account in the event of any suspected fraud or abuse of the scheme. Any single device may only have a maximum of two registered PizzaExpress Club accounts, and accounts may not be shared by multiple people or downloaded onto multiple devices.
9.3 Registration Incentive
A registration incentive of Free Dough Balls ‘PizzaExpress’ is available for signing up to PizzaExpress Club. Terms and conditions apply – please see the registration reward tile for details. We reserve the right to change our registration incentive from time to time.
9.4 Tiers:
a) Bronze Rewards – after reaching one whole completed Pizza Stamp.
Every time you dine:
• Any free side dish from the main menu; and
On your birthday month:
• A free dessert.
b) Silver Rewards – after reaching five whole completed Pizza Stamps.
Every time you dine:
• One free portion of Dough Balls ‘PizzaExpress’; and
• One free soft drink; ; and
• One free coffee or tea (dine-in only) ; and
On your birthday month:
• One free Classic or Leggera pizza (excludes Large Classic)
c) Gold Rewards – after reaching twelve whole completed Pizza Stamps.
Every time you dine:
• One free portion of Dough Balls ‘PizzaExpress’; and
• One free soft drink ; and
• One large bottle of water (sparkling or still); and
• One choice of a free coffee or tea or Dolcetti (dine-in only) ; and
• One free upgrade to a Romana base; and
• One free Piccolo meal (Monday to Thursday only); and
On your birthday month:
• One choice of a free Classic or Romana pizza (excludes Large Classic) or a free bottle of wine or prosecco; and
Anytime in your first year as Gold:
• One free PizzaExpress cook-book (‘PizzaExpress: From Italy With Love’), to be collected from your local pizzeria (subject to availability);
10. General
10.1 Each of the terms of these Terms of Use operate separately. If any of these terms of these Terms of Use are deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.
10.2 Any failure or delay in enforcing any of our rights under these Terms of Use will not constitute a waiver by us of any of those rights unless waived in writing by us to you.

10.4 These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute or claim arising hereunder shall be under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
