Can I use Tesco Clubcard vouchers at PizzaExpress? chevron
Yes, Tesco Clubcard vouchers (once exchanged into PizzaExpress tokens) can be used 7 days a week to pay for your food (not valid on drinks purchases) in all pizzerias in the UK. Tesco Clubcard vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with PizzaExpress Club rewards or any other PizzaExpress promotions, including the lunch menu or lunch menu specific items.
How do I check the balance on my PizzaExpress gift card? chevron
You can check your plastic gift card and E-gift by clicking on the Gifts page found within our More tab on our home page.
Where can I view your offers? chevron

How can I make or amend a booking? chevron
Make a booking online. You are unable to amend a booking online, please contact the pizzeria directly. You can cancel your booking via the link provided in your booking confirmation email.
I am unable to contact my chosen pizzeria. chevron
If you have made a booking, the pizzeria’s email address is within your confirmation email. Alternatively, please attempt to call the pizzeria during non-peak times.
Can I speak with someone at PizzaExpress head office about becoming a supplier? chevron
Customer Services is unable to transfer to other departments so please complete the ‘Be Your Supplier’ section within our online Webform.
Can PizzaExpress donate to my raffle? chevron
We are proud to work with two charity partners in Nordoff Robbins and the Veneziana Fund. Please speak to your local pizzeria to see if they can help you directly.
What are ‘Your Rewards’ and ‘Your Offers’? chevron
The ‘Your Rewards’ carousel will display your tier rewards, which are what you get for being in the Club. You can use them every time you dine or order online via PizzaExpress. And the rewards only get better as you move up the tiers. Other items such as Refer a Friend may also display under ‘Your Rewards’. Any items in the ‘Your Rewards’ carousel may be used together as part of the same order. Minimum spend rules apply. Club member offers will appear in the ‘Your Offers’ carousel and cannot be used in conjunction with rewards or with other offers as part of the same order. For reward and offer specific terms and conditions please check the relevant ticket within the app.
Why can’t I use my 50% offer together with my Loyalty Rewards? chevron
Items appearing under ‘Your Offers’ cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other rewards or offers as part of the same order. You can use any items in the ‘Your Rewards’ carousel together as part of the same order.
