PIZZA O'CLOCK | TERMS & CONDITIONS
There are a few dos and don'ts. Check them out in the terms & conditions below.
2. There is no booking requirement to claim this Offer, however we recommend you book ahead of your visit to avoid disappointment.
3. What do you get with it? Order as many of the participating menu items as you wish from the list below (including gluten-free or vegan alternatives) within a 90-minute window*, for £17.50 per person. You’re welcome to mix and match.
Children (12 years or below) are also welcome to take part, at £10 per child, providing there is at least one participating adult on the same table. Management reserve the right to withdraw this Offer in the event of misuse. If any child on the table doesn’t wish to participate in this Offer, they’re welcome to order a Piccolo meal or individual Piccolo menu items, however these will be charged at full-price.
On Thursday 21st August and Friday 22nd August 2025 only, all GCSE students who dine in and present a valid 2025 GCSE results letter (digital or printed) can take part in this Offer at £10 per student, per GCSE results letter being presented. Please note, all other diners on the same table without a valid GCSE results letter will be charged at £17.50 per adult / £10 per child.
Please note, all diners on the same table must participate to be able to redeem this Offer.
* Participation window begins when first order is placed with a team member, providing it is at least 90 minutes before your local pizzeria closes..

Pizza toppings and / or participating pizzas can’t be swapped for any other item. Any additional pizza toppings will be charged extra.
Dough Balls Doppio and Romana upgrade not available as part of this Offer. You can order Dough Balls Doppio or any Romana pizza from the respective menu sections separate to this Offer, however this will be charged at full-price in addition to the £17.50 per person Offer price.
4. You’re welcome to order any other item from the main menu (e.g. Sides, Desserts, non-qualifying pizza) and / or Piccolo menu to enjoy alongside this Offer. Please note these won’t qualify for this Offer and will be charged at full-price, in addition to the £17.50 per person Offer price. Any qualifying pizzas ordered pre / post your participation window will be charged at full-price.
5. To claim this Offer, simply let your waiter know that you would like to dine on this Offer and ensure you place your first order at least 90 minutes before your pizzeria's closing time - the full 90-minute participation window will still apply providing this condition has been met. The promotional price will be automatically reflected on your bill. Paying post your local restaurant closing time will not affect the applied discount providing your first order has been placed at least 90 minutes prior.
A group service charge is applicable to groups of 7 adults or more, this will be applied automatically.
6. Available for dine-in consumption only. If you have some left over slices of pizza on the table at the end of your 90 minutes window, you’re welcome to take it home, however, please note you will not be allowed to place an order at the end of the offer window with the sole purpose of having it to take away. Not valid across phone or walk-in takeaway orders, online collection orders via PizzaExpress’ website or for delivery through PE Delivers or on platforms such as Uber Eats, Just Eat or Deliveroo.
7. This Offer can't be used in conjunction with any other partner offer, (including but not limited to Tesco Clubcard, UNiDAYS and Blue Light Card), promotional offers or set menus, PizzaExpress Club Rewards, Offers or Set Menus by yourself or any other diner on the same table, except for our Goodwill or How Did We Dough survey vouchers. Bills cannot be split to benefit from multiple discounts.
Please note if you’re redeeming this Offer alongside a Goodwill Starter or Main voucher, at least one respectively qualifying full-price starter, main and / or dough balls need to remain on the bill, in addition to the discounted dough balls and / or pizzas that qualify for this Offer, to claim the voucher. Standard Goodwill Starter and Main voucher T&Cs apply.
Alternatively, if you’re redeeming this Offer alongside a How Did We Dough voucher, at least one qualifying full-price portion of dough balls need to remain on the bill in addition to the discounted dough balls that qualify for this offer. Standard How Did We Dough voucher T&Cs apply.
8. This Offer cannot be redeemed at PizzaExpress airport locations, PizzaExpress Welcome Break sites, PizzaExpress Live music venues or when ordering at PizzaExpress supermarket pod concessions or any of the following pizzerias: Jersey St. Brelade, Jersey St. Helier, Falmouth - Maritime Square, Newquay – Rocklands, Ashford - Designer Outlet, Edinburgh – Northbridge, Edinburgh - Queensferry Street, Edinburgh - George IV Bridge.
9. PizzaExpress reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or terminate any promotional activity or redemption if it suspects any attempted or actual fraudulent activity.
10. PizzaExpress reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
