PIZZAEXPRESS X NINJA COMPETITION | TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The promoter is PizzaExpress Live, Building 01, Arc Uxbridge, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, UB8 1DH (“PizzaExpress/we/our/us”). 

Entry
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom. Excludes employees (and their families) of PizzaExpress and SharkNinja or any of their group companies, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the competition.

3. By entering into this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We may terminate your entry or any prize if you do not comply with any of these terms and conditions or are unlikely to do so. 

4. This competition will be open from Monday 5th May 2025 – 28th July 2025 inclusive. No entries will be permitted after this time. Entries are limited to one per email address.

5. To enter, the participant must:
a) Scan the QR code included on the PizzaExpress Pizza Dough Pucks; and
b) Complete the entry form.

6. There will be fifteen (15) winners who will be chosen at random via a free prize draw on Monday 4th August 2025 and will be contacted by email from [email protected] within 5 days of the prize draw.

Prize
7. The prizes available are: 
(a) Five (5) Ninja Artisan Outdoor Oven; 
(b) Ten (10) Ninja Travel Bottle (530ml in Mint)

8. The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative is available. We reserve the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if required.

9. To redeem the prize, the winner must respond to our email within fourteen (14) days of being contacted and notified as the winner. Should the winner not be successfully contacted or reject/forfeit the prize, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and/or select another winner in accordance with these terms and conditions. 

10. Except where expressly provided, we accept no responsibility for any costs associated with or not specifically included with the prize.

11. Valid proof of identification may be required. The prize will be administered in the name of the person making the submission. You are responsible for providing accurate details; we will not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate details provided. 

General
12. We reserve the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside our reasonable control without liability. 

13. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far as is permitted by law, we, and our associated companies and agents, exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from (i) any act or default of any third party supplier; (ii) circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control (iii) network, computer, and hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of entries; (iv) late, lost, altered, damaged, incomplete or misdirected entries (whether or not we receive them) due to any reason beyond our reasonable control; and (v) any tax liability you may incur.

14. The Promoter will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) the following occurrences, to the extent that they occur for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control:
a) any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion;
b) any changes to prize or the way in which it can be used;
c) any problem with the enjoyment of the prizes;
d) any act or default of any third-party supplier.

15. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any kind of cheating, deception, fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the Promotion or any entry), the Promoter reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.

16. The Promoter may in its sole discretion refuse to provide a prize, or seek its recovery, in the event it has reason to suspect that an entrant has breached these terms or has obtained a prize through fraud, dishonesty or any other inappropriate or improper conduct (such as through abuse of the competition by people which the Promoter has concluded are likely to be proved to be either the Promoter’s employees, a member of an employee’s family, friends or people connected to them.

17. By entering the prize draw/competition, the winners acknowledge that (i) they may be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition and (ii) that we have unreserved and exclusive rights to use entries in any publicity materials subsequent to the competition without further consent or payment. We claim full and unreserved copyright to all competition entries without exception. We are not responsible for any posts which you may publish on any social media websites, applications or platforms and you confirm that such posts are not sponsored by us..

18. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

19. These terms and conditions, and any instructions from us, constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to this competition. Any failure or delay by us in exercising or enforcing, or partial exercise or enforcement of, any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

21. Our selection and decisions regarding all competition matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

22. These terms and conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with them are governed by English law and the courts of England & Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
