Participants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions, and agreed to be bound by them, when accessing this Promotion.

Who may Enter
1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Isle of Man (the “Territory”) aged 18 years or over from 1st May – 8th September 2025 . 

2. Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of the Promoter, companies associated with the Promotion (including Walt Disney Company ) and all affiliates of such companies may not enter this Promotion.

3. One entry per person. Entries in excess of this will be rejected.

How to Enter
There are three (3) routes of entry:

4 Dine-in restaurant: open between 1st May and 8th September 2025 inclusive
a. Dine-in at any UK PizzaExpress restaurant and purchase a Piccolo meal; and
b. Scan the QR code on your Piccolo Pack; and
c. Complete the entry form

5 Retail/Supermarket: open between 1st May and 8th September 2025 inclusive
a. Scan the QR code included on the PizzaExpress 9” Hawaiian pizza, 12” Margherita pizza, 12” American pizza, Original Dough Balls (95g) and Original Dough Balls (200g); and
b. Complete the entry form

6 Delivery/Collection: open between 1st May – 8th September 2025 inclusive
a. Include a Piccolo meal with any order; and
b. Scan the QR code on your Piccolo Pack

7 Winners will be selected at random via a free prize draw on 11th September 2025 and notified by email.

The Prizes

8  The prizes available to win are set out below.

9 Each prize is subject to its own terms and conditions, available below. The specific terms and conditions for the prize that any participant has won will be emailed to them along with instructions on how to claim the prize.

10 Family holiday to Hawaii (1 available) - The prize is 1 x holiday prize package to Hawaii for 2 adults and 2 children under 16: 

a. Roundtrip economy / coach flights (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) from a London airport to Kauai, Hawaii, USA, flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available, flight itinerary will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion
b. Accommodation is for 5 nights, based on one double occupancy room for two adults OR one quadruple room for two adults and two children under 16, depending on the package, in a 4* hotel in Kauai, Hawaii. The trip must include a Saturday night stay. Accommodations do not include any other meals, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, will be the responsibility of the Recipients;
c. A credit or debit card for incidentals may be requested by the hotel at check in and therefore at least one of the Recipients must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card; 
d. Accommodations will be selected by Element London Ltd at their sole discretion; 
e. Prize Package is for up to 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old, depending on the package, all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary. At least one traveller must be aged 21 or over; Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission; 
f. Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification and all travel must be completed within that time; 
g. Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure;  
h. Prize cannot be taken over December or January, including Christmas and New Year or Public Holidays in the prize package destination or the country of departure; 
i. All recipients must be in a possession of a valid passport for the duration of the trip. Non-European Union passport holders may be required to have passport validity for six months beyond the duration of the trip. All recipients are responsible for obtaining any other documentation required for travel to and entry to the prize package destination; All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; 
j. Any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests;
k. For the rental car, the named driver must be aged 21 or over, with a full clean driving license that has been held for over one year, any drivers aged 25 or under, or with less than three years’ driving experience, may need to pay a supplementary cost for car rental, non-EU, Australian or New Zealand license holders may require an international driver’s license or other paperwork; a credit card (not a debit card) in the name of the driver with available funds (value advised upon booking) will be required by the car rental company in order for the driver to collect the car; any additional costs associated with fuel, authorizing one or more additional drivers, and any additional equipment such as baby seats are excluded from the Prize Package and must be paid for by the driver;
l. A $75 USD cash allowance per adult will be provided for winner and guests to purchase travel insurance;
m. The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, rental car, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
n. Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available; 
o. Prize is subject to availability. Winner travels at own risk. Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the promotion or prize;
p Where applicable, any modifications to the prize will be at the winner's own expense. The prize package inclusions are subject to availability, where any of the stated inclusions are unavailable, Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value;
q. If winner is unable to participate in any of the stated activities, then Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value, alternative activities will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion;
r. The minimum age for the surf lesson is 5 years, the maximum weight is 235 lbs. Children must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times on all tours and experiences;
s. All tours and experiences will be conducted in English; 
t. All cash allowances will be converted into the winner’s local currency and transferred into one nominated bank account;
u. Nothing in this travel package authorizes any person to use the Walt Disney Company's and its affiliated companies (collectively, "Disney") name, brand, intellectual property, characters or reputation in conjunction with this travel package or any prize promotions whatsoever and that a valid promotional agreement with Disney is a precondition for use of this prize package in association with Disney's name or Disney-owned intellectual property; 
v. The Walt Disney Company, and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of the travel package, competition, contest or sweepstakes;
w. The Walt Disney Company is not a so-called “sponsor,” “administrator” or “prize provider.”  The Walt Disney Company, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary entities and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, illnesses, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or are in any way related to the prize travel package, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize travel package, or prize-related activity including, without limitation, travel, the promotion, the competition, the contest or the sweepstakes.

11 Family Adventure Day Out (3 available) – The prize is 1 x family trip to a local seaside town for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old:
a. Prize Provider will provide winner with a list of available experiences and locations upon notification of winning and confirmation of winner’s location, beach activities may include: surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking or snorkelling;
b. Exact experience, inclusions and length of time will vary by location and will be advised by Prize Provider;
c. Activity will be selected by Prize Provider at the sole discretion;
d. Travel expenses are included up to the value of £25 GBP per person, which can be spent on petrol/parking, car transfers, or travel by public transport;
e. Where accommodations is included, it is based on one night in one double occupancy room for two adults OR one quadruple occupancy room for up to 2 adults and 2 children under 16, depending on the package, at a 4* hotel nearby to winner’s chosen experience; 
f. Accommodations do not include any other meals, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, these will be the responsibility of the Recipients;
g. A credit or debit card for incidentals may be requested by the accommodation at check in and therefore at least one of the Recipients must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card;
h. Accommodations will be selected by Element London Ltd at their sole discretion;
i. Prize Package is for 2 adults and 2 children under 16, depending on the package, all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;
j. At least one person must be aged 18 or over; Where any persons are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission;
k. Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification and all travel must be completed within that time;
l. Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure;
m. Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or Public Holidays in the prize package destination;
n. The prize excludes meals and drinks, rental car, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;

p. Prize is subject to availability. Winner travels at own risk. Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the promotion or prize. Where applicable, any modifications to the prize will be at the winner's own expense;
q. The prize package inclusions are subject to availability, where any of the stated inclusions are unavailable, Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value;
r. If winner is unable to participate in any of the stated activities, then Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value, alternative activities will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion;
s. If winner is unable to access a beach, then Element London Ltd will offer an alternative water activity on land;
t. Lunch on the day of experience is provided to the value of £25 GBP per person, including gratuity;
u. All cash allowances for travel will be converted into the winner’s local currency
v. All cash allowances will be converted into the winner’s local currency and transferred into one nominated bank account;
w. Beach kit will be delivered to winner’s home, exact brand names/models may vary by country. In the event that any of the products listed above are unavailable, alternative products of equal value will be provided; Winner is responsible for ensuring that any delivery note is checked on receipt; Element will need to confirm delivery of beach kit is available once market confirms package;
x. Nothing in this travel package authorizes any person to use the Walt Disney Company's and its affiliated companies (collectively, "Disney") name, brand, intellectual property, characters or reputation in conjunction with this travel package or any prize promotions whatsoever and that a valid promotional agreement with Disney is a precondition for use of this prize package in association with Disney's name or Disney-owned intellectual property;

Distribution of Prizes

12 Winners will be randomly selected, and the prizes will be randomly allocated to winners.

13 Fulfilment of major prizes is conditional on receiving certain additional information from prize winners. The Promoter shall make reasonable efforts to contact the winner in the event that it has not received a reply to the initial winner notification within seven days of the prize being won. In the event that a winner of a major prize is not contactable within 30 days, their prize entitlement may be withdrawn and an alternative winner shall be selected by the Promoter.

Liability

14 There are certain things for which the Promoter does not accept any liability to you, and these are explained in the next two paragraphs. The law does not allow the Promoter to exclude or limit its liability for some things, such as death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or loss caused by a false statement where the statement is made fraudulently by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts full liability for these matters. Otherwise, the exclusions of liability described in these terms will apply. References to the “Promoter” in these paragraphs include all of the Promoter’s associated companies, agents or any other third party involved in the delivery of the Promotion.

15 The Promoter will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) the following occurrences, to the extent that they occur for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control:
a. any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion;
b. any changes to prize or the way in which it can be used;
c. any problem with the enjoyment of the prizes;
d. any act or default of any third-party supplier.

16 The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, and hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry.

17 Entries must not be made through agents or third parties. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be included.

18 If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any kind of cheating, deception, fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the Promotion, choice of any prize or any entry), the Promoter reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.

19 The Promoter may in its sole discretion refuse to provide a prize, or seek its recovery, in the event it has reason to suspect that an entrant has breached these terms or has obtained a prize through fraud, dishonesty or any other inappropriate or improper conduct (such as through abuse of the competition by people which the Promoter has concluded are likely to be proved to be either the Promoter’s employees, a member of an employee’s family, friends or people connected to them.

20 Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter (including its associated companies, officers, employees and agents) exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising to entrants or otherwise as a result of the Promotion; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
a. Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
b. Any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
c. Any claim or entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; or
d. Any tax liability incurred by Participants.

The Promoter (including its associated companies, officers, employees and agents) shall not be liable for any postponement, cancellation, delay, changes to the Competition or failure to fulfil its obligations where such failure is caused by any supervening event of force majeure, meaning any event(s) outside the reasonable control of the Promoter (including without limitation the act or default of any third party supplier).

Other Terms

21 Any prize won as part of this Promotion must be accepted as granted. No substitutions or cash equivalent payment will be allowed, and no refund or transfer will be permitted. 

22 Participants agree to allow the Promoter to use their name for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration during and after this Promotion.

23 Personal information about recipients will only be shared with the Promoter’s competition partners and with the Promoter’s agents to the extent necessary to manage such participation and administer prizes or, where required, to a legal or regulatory body. Participants must provide their personal data in order to enter the Promotion but may choose to opt out of marketing at the point of entry, and may unsubscribe at any time.  Please see our Privacy Policy for further details.  

24 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

25 This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including the prizes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.
