ExpressFest Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is PizzaExpress, Building 01 Arc Uxbridge, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1DH (“Promoter” or “PizzaExpress”).

Entry

2. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over and excludes employees (and their families) of PizzaExpress, Coca-Cola, Silverstone Circuits Limited, CarFest or any of their group companies, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the promotion.

3. By entering into this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter may terminate your entry or any prize if there are grounds to suspect any fraudulent or deceitful conduct of any kind or if you do not comply with any of these terms and conditions or are unlikely to do so.

4. The promotion will run from 11:00am 27th July – 23:00pm 17th August 2026 inclusive (“Entry Period”)

5. To access this promotion, participants must either:

a. Dine in at a PizzaExpress restaurant during the Entry Period for a chance to be awarded one of 25,000 ExpressFest wristbands*; and

b. Scan the QR code on the VIP card handed to them alongside the wristband and complete the entry form during the Entry Period; or

a. Visit and complete the entry form via the ExpressFest page on pizzaexpress.com during the Entry Period.

Entries which are submitted after the Entry Period will not be accepted. No other method of entry will be accepted, including but not limited to email, social media or in-restaurant submission.

6. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be rejected.

7. There will be five (5) winners drawn randomly from all valid entries submitted within the Entry Period.

Prizes

8. Each winner will receive 1 x Premium Family Weekend Ticket to CarFest 2026, courtesy of Coca-Cola. The prize includes:

a. Access to the event on Friday, Saturday and Sunday for two (2) adults and two (2) children

b. Camping access

c. Access to the Premium Lounge, including:

d. Glass of fizz or premium soft drink on arrival, every day

e. Access to private lounge dining and a fully stocked bar

f. Complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day

g. Luxury restrooms within the Premium Lounge area

h. Phone charging hubs

9. Each adult ticket also includes a Festival Pack

10. Each winner will also receive a contribution to travel expenses to CarFest of £250, in the form of a prepaid Visa gift card. No additional expenses will be covered and winners are responsible for making their own way to the event.

11. Please note that CarFest 2026 is being held at Silverstone Circuit, between 28th -30th August 2026. Entrants should ensure that they are available to attend on these dates as no alternative will be offered.

12. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative is available. No purchase necessary. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.

13. Except where expressly provided, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with or not specifically included with the prizes.

Winner

14. Each of the five (5) winners will be chosen at random by the Promoter from all eligible entries made in accordance with these terms and conditions.

15. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects. No correspondence will be entered into.

16. Winners will be notified within seven (7) days of the promotion closing. To redeem the prize, the winners must respond to the email sent by [email protected] within seven (7) days of being notified as the winner. Should the winner not be successfully contacted or reject/forfeit the prize, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and/or select an alternative winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.

17. Valid proof of identification may be required. The prize will be administered in the name of the entrant who made the submission. The entrant is responsible for providing accurate details; the Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate details provided by the entrant.

General

18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control without liability to the entrant. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any act or default of any third party supplier or from circumstances which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

19. By entering the promotion, the winners acknowledge that they may be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion and/or that the Promoter has unreserved and exclusive rights to use entries in any publicity materials subsequent to the promotion without further consent or payment. The Promoter is not responsible for any posts which the entrant may publish on any social media websites, applications or platforms in respect of this promotion and the entrant confirms that such posts are not sponsored by the Promoter.

20. These terms and conditions, and any instructions from the Promoter, constitute the entire agreement between entrants and the Promoter relating to this promotion. Any failure or delay by the Promoter in exercising or enforcing, or partial exercise or enforcement of, any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

21. The Promoter claims full and unreserved copyright to all Promotion entries without exception.

22. Personal data about entrants will be processed in accordance with data protection laws. Entrants’ personal data may be shared with the Promotor’s partners and/or agents in order to administer the promotion.

23. These terms and conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with them are governed by English law and the courts of England & Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
