AVIOS | TERMS & CONDITIONS
There are a few dos and don'ts. Check them out in the terms & conditions below.
1. Avios collection is eligible on spend in participating PizzaExpress restaurants only (including Pay at Table through the PizzaExpress Club app). See point 9 for non-participating restaurants. Any alcoholic drinks ordered must be purchased alongside food.
2. Avios will not be awarded on purchases of PizzaExpress products in Supermarkets, or collection and delivery orders via the PizzaExpress website or PizzaExpress Club App.
3. Avios will only be awarded to customers who have registered valid payment card(s) and made qualifying purchases with the registered payment card(s) when dining in at a participating PizzaExpress restaurant (in line with the specific offer Purchase Conditions which will be displayed on the Shopping in-store offers shopping page).
4. Only payment cards that were issued in the UK, US or Ireland are certain to be registered to track purchases. If the customer’s card was issued in any country other than the UK, US or Ireland, we cannot guarantee that the card will be registered, or transactions tracked.
5. Unless otherwise stated, Avios will not be awarded for purchases made online with qualifying In-Store Offer retailers.
6. It takes up to 24 hours for each payment card to be fully registered for Avios awarding with qualifying In-store retailers.
7. No Avios will be awarded for purchases made using payment card(s) that were first registered on the Website less than 24 hours prior to the time of the purchase.
8. No Avios will be awarded for purchases made using Wallet providers including PayPal and YoYo Wallet, or Retailer store cards and cards not bearing the Amex, Visa or MasterCard/Maestro symbols.
9. Avios will not be awarded on spend at PizzaExpress Airport locations and Welcome Break Service Stations locations.
Redeeming Avios
10. Customers can redeem Avios for a PizzaExpress voucher of equivalent monetary value, which can be used as full or partial payment towards the bill when dining in a participating restaurant.
11. Your voucher will apply to the entire bill.
12. Any alcoholic drinks ordered must be purchased alongside food.
13. Customers must select the value of PizzaExpress vouchers they wish to exchange their Avios for. Any amount that is not covered by the voucher must be paid using another payment method.
14. Customer must be at least 18 years old and a British Airways Club member.
15. Maximum single voucher value for redemption with PizzaExpress is £250.
16. The maximum number of vouchers that can be created in a day is 5 (totalling no more than £250).
17. Exchanges will take place on www.avios.com, and the voucher code will be sent to the British Airways Club Member via email. Visit the ‘Managed Vouchers’ section of www.avios.com to find issued vouchers.
18. The minimum voucher value is £5 and the maximum voucher value is £250. Vouchers are available in increments of £5, £10, £20, £30, £40, £50, £75, £100, £125, £150, £175, £200, £225 and £250.
19. Between Monday 1st June – Monday 31st August 2026 (inclusive) all Avios vouchers can be used with any* PizzaExpress promotional offers and vouchers or PizzaExpress Club Offers, Rewards** or Set Menus. Please note that from Tuesday 1st September, Avios vouchers will not be available to use with any other PizzaExpress promotional offers or vouchers; PizzaExpress Club Offers, Rewards or Set Menus unless communicated otherwise by Avios or PizzaExpress.
*You will not be able to use Avios vouchers with any PizzaExpress partner offers. That includes Tesco Clubcard, Vitality, UNiDAYS, Student Beans, Blue Light Card, Tastecard, Gourmet Society, Meerkat Meals and any other 3rd party offer that PizzaExpress might introduce during the promotional period.
**Please note, all PizzaExpress offers are subject to individual terms & conditions that must be met before Avios vouchers are applied. If you’re a PizzaExpress Club members please note Rewards are subject to individual terms & conditions, including a £15 minimum spend after all discounts have been applied. Earning a pizza stamp is subject to a £10 minimum spend after all discounts have been applied.
20. Vouchers issued prior to 1st June 2026 can be used in accordance with the terms in clause 19, until Monday 31st August (inclusive).
Vouchers expiring after 31st August can only be used in accordance with the terms in clause 19 until 31st August 2026 (inclusive).
21. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
22. Avios vouchers can be used conjunction with other Avios - PizzaExpress vouchers.
23. Avios digital vouchers cannot be redeemed for e-gifts/gift cards, merchandise, payments towards pizza making parties.
24. Avios digital vouchers cannot be redeemed at PizzaExpress airport locations, PizzaExpress Live music venues, Welcome Break service station locations, PizzaExpress Brixton, Earl’s Court, Finsbury Park or when ordering at a PizzaExpress supermarket pod or when ordering online for delivery or collection via the PizzaExpress website and / or app and on walk-in collection orders.
25. Vouchers must be paid in GBP.
26. Where the value of the voucher exceeds the booking value, you will not receive a voucher refund for any excess. Please only exchange enough vouchers for your visit. If you are planning to visit more than once, please place separate orders. There is no change given if your code value exceeds the total of your bill. The same code cannot be used across multiple transactions.
27. No maximum vouchers within a single transaction.
28. Avios-PizzaExpress vouchers are non-refundable and not transferable. If a booking is cancelled or modified after an Avios-PizzaExpress voucher has been applied, the Avios-PizzaExpress voucher will not be refunded or reissued under any circumstances.
29. For missing PizzaExpress vouchers, customers should get in touch with the Avios contact centre here.
30. If IAGL suspect any suspicious activity they reserve the right to cancel the Avios-PizzaExpress voucher, this may result in you having to pay the cash equivalent of the voucher. IAG Loyalty (IAGL) may suspend the British Airways Club (BAC) account if they suspect suspicious activity, the BAC account may be locked, points removed, and account closed. If customer’s BAC account is locked, they will need to contact British Airways customer services.
Data Sharing Agreement
31. By engaging in this proposition, customers acknowledge that their personal data will be shared between British Airways PLC, Avios Group (AGL) Limited, and PizzaExpress.
32. This data sharing is necessary to facilitate the collection and transfer of Avios, issuance of PizzaExpress vouchers, customer support and analytical purposes. Data may also be shared for marketing purposes where prior consent has been given.

1. What do I have to do to collect Avios at PizzaExpress?
Simply visit https://www.avios.com/en-GB/collect-avios/shopping/my-account/registered-cards/ to link a payment card, and use that card as payment method at PizzaExpress to automatically collect Avios. It can take up to 7 days for the Avios to appear in your account.
2. Where can I collect Avios with PizzaExpress?
You can collect Avios on eligible spend in participating PizzaExpress restaurants, including Pay at Table via the PizzaExpress Club app.
3. Where can I not collect Avios with PizzaExpress?
Avios are not awarded on PizzaExpress supermarket products, collection or delivery orders, in PizzaExpress airport locations, or PizzaExpress Welcome Break Service station locations.
4. Can I earn Avios for online purchases?
Unless specifically stated, Avios are not awarded for online purchases with in-store offer retailers.
5. Can Avios-PizzaExpress vouchers be combined?
Yes. Multiple Avios-PizzaExpress vouchers can be used at once.
6. What payment cards can I use to collect Avios?
UK, US, Ireland–issued Visa, MasterCard/Maestro, and Amex cards can be linked as payment cards. PayPal, YoYo Wallet, and store cards are not eligible.
7. How can I redeem Avios at PizzaExpress?
Avios can be exchanged for PizzaExpress digital vouchers here. These vouchers can be used for full or partial payment when dining in participating restaurants – simply present the QR code when paying to deduct the value from your bill.
8. What are the Avios-PizzaExpress voucher limits?
• Minimum voucher: £5
• Maximum single voucher: £250
• Up to 5 vouchers per day (no more than £250 value in total)
9. Where can I not redeem Avios-PizzaExpress vouchers?
They cannot be used for full or part payment towards PizzaExpress online orders, supermarket products, gift cards, e-gifts, merchandise, pizza making parties, PizzaExpress airport restaurants, PizzaExpress live music venues (Soho Jazz Club, Holborn, Covent Garden, Chelsea Pheasantry) or Welcome Break Service Station locations.
10. How long are Avios-PizzaExpress vouchers valid?
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged once created.
11. What happens if my voucher value is higher than my bill?
No change or refund is given if the voucher exceeds the bill. The same code cannot be split across multiple transactions.
12. What personal data is shared under this scheme?
Your personal data may be shared between PizzaExpress, British Airways, and Avios Group for voucher processing, customer support, analytics, and marketing (if consent is given).
