We are loving the sound of 'Rock the Kasbah', Mrs Victoria Hall's Eastern Med extravaganza. Spiced tomato sauce with griddled aubergine, sun-dried tomato, lemon & garlic marinated lamb & a 'light flourish' of goats-cheese, topped off with a herb-leaf salad drizzled with yoghurt & mint sauce... The aspiring chefs among you could win a copy of Theo Randall’s fabulous new ‘Pasta’ cookbook – signed by the man himself. Once Head Chef at the prestigious River Café, Theo now has his own award winning restaurant at the Intercontinental on Park Lane. In 2009 Theo was the first guest chef to feature on the PizzaExpress menu with four signature pizzas that he created specially for us.
