Oh Dough Balls, we miss you. Have no fear - you can still buy them in supermarkets (whilst adhering to social distancing rules...). AND, we're going to show you how to make them, from scratch, this Sunday. To make two portions of Classic Dough Balls, you’ll need: - 150ml warm water - 1 teaspoon of sugar - 15g fresh yeast or 2 level teaspoons of dry yeast - 225g of plain flour (plus extra for working) - 1.5 teaspoons of salt - Extra virgin olive oil - 4 teaspoons of butter - 0.5 teaspoon of chopped garlic Sunday afternoon activity sorted! #PizzaExpress #StayHome

We’ll be giving you tips and tricks on how to make some of your favourites at home, courtesy of our very own Development Chef – Antenor, who’s worked for us for 15 years and makes the best American Hot you’ve ever tasted. We’re going to help you get closer to the artists you love because music’s a big passion of ours (if you didn’t already know) and Madonna was right when she sang ‘Music, makes the people, come together’ We’ll be opening up Piccolo Corner, a place for kids to keep busy and entertained online. We’re also going to celebrate you. You staying at home, doing your bit for society. Making the most of this situation in any way you can. We’ve now taken the decision to temporarily close ALL our UK Pizzerias including our Deliveroo, Click & Collect & Takeaway service, effective immediately. As events unfolded over the weekend and with the increased social distancing being mandated, we no longer believe it remains in the best interests of our customers and teams to continue to operate in this way.
