A riot of colour and flavour, our new summer menu is a feast for the senses.
One of our most iconic dishes, Dough Balls, take centre stage with a hattrick of new recipes joining the menu. You can choose between the classic flavours of pesto and tomato, the chilli heat of hot jalapeño and the indulgence of cheese-enrobed Dough Balls. They’re pretty special.
There’s big news for pizza too, with the new Romana BBQ Burnt Ends. Made with 100% beef brisket, our burnt ends beef is slow-cooked for 12 hours with herbs and spices, then hand-shredded on a sweet & smoky BBQ base.
We’ve been hard at work with our friends at Quorn, who’ve created New Quorn pieces developed exclusively for us to work perfectly on all pizza’s including, GF and vegan, whilst of course full of flavour! Try the new Vegan Sloppy, so good it makes Veganism look easy.
That’s not all, we’ve added two additional new pizzas for summer; the Pollo Italian, a rustic riot of flavour, representing the Italian flag, with a white béchamel base, spinach and roasted tomatoes, and a return of the cult classic Funghi di Bosco, with Portobello mushrooms, rosemary and garlic, on a classic mozzarella and tomato base.
Plus, new salad to make your friends green.
And then there’s the new summer salads, with flavourful mixed grains and incredible textures. You’re spoilt for choice with the introduction of the new Pollo & Grain, the Caprese & Prosciutto, and the Vegan Nourish Bowl -just wait till you try the chilli & maple sweet potato!
To finish, we have a dreamy new Panna Cotta full of all the flavours of summer, and a crisp new Campari G&T to wash it all down.
