New Basilicata Romana
The new Basilicata Romana features lamb, mint and chilli meatballs accompanied by red onion, mozzarella and garlic oil. All atop a capia pepper and tomato base, finished with rocket, shaved Gran Milano cheese and basil pesto. Want to try it for half-price? Find out how.
During the summer a bitter battle raged between the Rustichella and the Etna across social media, as fans of both pizzas competed to bring back their favourite. Rustichella was the clear winner and now returns to the menu.
Returning to the menu this autumn due to customer demand, the Rustichella Romana is a Pizza Express favourite, featuring pancetta, mozzarella and tomato finished with rocket, shaved Gran Milano cheese, roasted tomatoes and Caesar dressing.
Al Forno: Cannelloni
Another PizzaExpress classic which customers have demanded be returned to our menus, this vegetarian Al Forno Cannelloni is set to be a firm favourite this season. Soft pasta is freshly filled with spinach and ricotta, baked with passata, béchamel, mozzarella, garlic oil and Gran Milano cheese
Chocolate Fondant 'PizzaExpress'
A rich and intense warm chocolate cake with a soft melting centre, served with vanilla gelato, topped with fresh mint and icing sugar. Baked in the oven, the centre melts as you tuck into this delightful dessert.
