1. Win Big this Summer: How does it work?

1.1 What is 'Win Big' all about?

Win Big this Summer is a promotion we're running from 18th June to 16th September 2019. Every time you dine in at PizzaExpress between these dates, you will receive a code to win one of our amazing prizes, from a free Coca-Cola to a week-long holiday for you and your family. There will be one code provided per restaurant bill.

1.2 How long is it running for?

From 18th June 2019 to midnight on 16th September 2019.

1.3 How do I enter?

Dine in at any PizzaExpress restaurant between 18th June and 16th September, and on the front of your bill you will see a unique code – please enter this at www.pizzaexpress.com/winbig within 7 days of dining to claim your prize.

1.4 Do I need to be connected to the internet to enter?

Yes, you will need to enter online at www.pizzaexpress.com/winbig. In-restaurant Wi-Fi is available for customers to use in all our restaurants.

1.5 What prizes are included?

We have lots of amazing prizes from Apple Music, Deliveroo, Jet2holidays, Coca-Cola, Sipsmith, Aperol, and PizzaExpress. Full prize details can be found at www.pizzaexpress.com/summerwin

1.6 I don’t have a PizzaExpress near where I live, can I still enter?

Your unique code will be printed on your PizzaExpress restaurant bill, which you will need to enter to claim your prize. If you are based in Northern Ireland, please see our full terms and conditions for more information (www.pizzaexpress.com/terms-and-conditions/summerwin).

1.7 How often can I enter and how many times could I win a prize?

You will get a code on your bill every time you dine in at a PizzaExpress restaurant over the summer, which you can use to win a prize. Each code will only be valid for one prize entry, however you will get a new code every time you dine in at PizzaExpress. There is no limit to the number of times you can dine in at PizzaExpress over the summer.

1.8 Do I have to purchase a meal at PizzaExpress to enter?

Yes, you must make a purchase at PizzaExpress to enter, as your unique code will be given to you on your bill.

1.9 How old do I have to be to enter?

You must be 18 years old or over to enter.

1.10 How are winners notified?

All customers who dine in at PizzaExpress over the summer are winners, please use the unique code on the front of your bill to claim your prize at www.pizzaexpress.com/winbig. You will then receive details of your prize through an online confirmation page and through an email sent to the email address you provide.

1.11 What details will I need to enter?

To enter you will need your unique code (found on the front of your bill), and to enter, you will need to provide your name, date of birth and email address.

1.12 I am not in the UK. Can I still enter?

This promotion is eligible to PizzaExpress customers who are residents of the UK, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man only, and entrants must be aged 18 years or over. 1.13 If I pay with my PizzaExpress App can I enter the competition?

Entry codes are printed on physical bills only. If you pay via the App, your code will not appear on the in-app bill. Please request your physical bill from your waiter to receive your entry code – you can still pay for your meal with the App. If you have dined and paid using the PizzaExpress App without requesting a physical bill, please contact our Customer Services team providing details of your bill.

2. Prizes

2.1 What prizes are available to win?

2.2 Can I choose my prize?

No, prizes are randomly assigned to PizzaExpress customers, so you are likely to win a different prize each time you dine at PizzaExpress over summer.

2.3 How long do I have to claim my prize?

You must enter your unique code into www.pizzaexpress.com/winbig within 7 days of dining. Once you have been given details of your prize, the prize terms and conditions will tell you when you need to claim your prize by.

2.4 How will I receive my prize?

This will depend on which prize you receive. Details of how to claim each prize will be provided on the email sent to you.

2.5 I've received my prize but there's a problem with it, who should I contact?

2.6 I've won a prize but haven’t received it. What should I do?

Please check your email inbox, as details of your prize will have been sent to the email address you entered on the promotion page. However, if you do not receive an email please contact [email protected]

2.7 I have won, can I change the prize?

Prizes cannot be exchanged for another prize unless stated in the prize terms and conditions.

3. Holidays or other large prizes

3.1 How do I win a holiday?

All prizes are randomly assigned to PizzaExpress customers, so there is no way to guarantee you will win a specific prize when you dine in at PizzaExpress over summer.

3.3 What is included in the holiday prize what are the destinations?

3.4 Are there any date restrictions for the holiday prizes?

Yes, each holiday prize has specific book and travel dates. For details of these, please check the terms and conditions (www.pizzaexpress.com/terms-and-conditions/summerwin)

3.5 How long do I have to claim my holiday prize?

If you win a holiday prize, please email [email protected] as soon as you can to organise your holiday and avoid missing book and travel dates.

3.6 How long do I have to claim my 'Pizza for a year' gift card?

PizzaExpress gift cards are valid for 2 years. You can check the exact date your PizzaExpress gift card expires by visiting pizzaexpress.com/gifts

4. Help

4.1 The entry page doesn't recognise my code, or tells me it has already been entered. What should I do?

4.2 I dined at PizzaExpress but I didn’t receive a promotional code. What should I do?

Your code will be printed on the front of your bill. If you are in a restaurant, please check with your waiter if you don't think you received one. If you are at home, please contact [email protected]

4.3 I'm having trouble reading my code, who can I contact?

4.4 I'm having trouble entering my details, what should I do?

4.5 My computer / the website crashed as I was entering the Promotion, how will I know if I've entered successfully?

Please check your email inbox, as details of your prize will have been sent to the email address you entered on the entry page. However, if you do not receive an email please contact [email protected]

4.6 I haven't received my win notification email with my prize attached. What should I do?

4.7 The website isn't loading/working properly. What should I do?

4.8 I think I might have entered the wrong email address. What should I do?

4.9 I have lost my bill with my code – can I request a copy of my bill with code please?

Please keep your bill with your unique code on safe – you will need this to be able to enter the prize draw. To avoid losing your code, enter it into www.pizzaexpress.com/winbig as soon as you receive it.
