I can't log in to MyPizzaExpress, what should I do?

Receiving our Offers and Newsletters doesn't always mean you have an account with us - you could just be signed up to the mailing list.  

To check you if you have an account  click on Log in to my PizzaExpress and the the "Forgotten your password?" link.  Enter your email address here and if you have an account you will receive an email to reset your password. Just click the link in this email and you will be able to enter a new password for your PizzaExpress account. It's not uncommon for these emails to accidentally go to Junk Mail, so please check your spam folder if the email hasn't arrived after a few minutes. 

If you see a message stating "Oops, this email address has not been found" then it's likely that you don't have an account, but are just signed up to our mailing list.  You can still download offers and make bookings without an account.  If you want to create and account then click here
