You’ll be second in command and key to running a great pizzeria. No problem too big or too small, you are the ‘go to’ person. You will be the first point of contact for your team, supporting their performance and development. You are the future, so we’ll support your progression, training, qualifications and development.
All our new Assistant Managers have a bespoke and detailed induction and training period, which is spread over five weeks and covers all aspects of how to run our business. We also offer continual development and progression opportunities, supported by leadership development programmes at various levels.
