PizzaExpress App Payment Guidelines

1. If you choose to pay your bill in-app, you will have the opportunity to check, and if required, split your bill. You can also add a tip, if you like.

2. You will need to select your PizzaExpress restaurant and then your table number.

3. Please note that whilst you can apply one of our offers to your bill, you can only apply one per bill. If you apply one and change your mind, you will need to ask your waiter to remove it.

4. If you wish to use an offer or promotion, or order from the Piccolo menu, you can’t split the bill by item. You can still split the bill equally between members of your party.

5. Check the payment amount carefully, as any errors cannot be corrected through the app. If you make a mistake, simply ask one of our team members who will arrange for a refund to be processed centrally. Please be aware that this could take a few days.
