One of the UK's most loved TV cooks and food writers, Valentine Warner has developed two delicious pizzas on our classic base. He combines his passion for Italian local recipes with his affection for our pizza, which began when he was a waiter in our restaurants

NewValentine's Fennel & Salami

Valentine has brough his love of fennel to PizzaExpress. He has sourced delicious soft fennel salami from Trealy Farm, an award winning charcuterie. This is cooked on a passata base with fennel seeds, chilli flakes and mozzarella, topped with grated grana padano and finely sliced fresh fennel tossed with rocket in lemon oil and lemon zest.

NewValentine's Puttanesca

Valentine has taken his favourite Italian pasta sauce recipe, the Puttanesca - passata, anchovies, capers and green & black olives – then given it an extra kick with fresh red chillies, lemon oil, lemon zest, thyme and garlic oil. Served without mozzarella; it’s finished off with fresh oregano.

Warm Vegetable and Goats Cheese Salad

Chargrilled Italian vegetable salad of warm aubergine, red & yellow peppers, santos tomatoes and marinated artichoke with soft goats cheese, roasted tomatoes, cucumber, Italian lentils, mint and basil. Finished with extra virgin olive oil & red wine vinegar, served with warm dough sticks

Pollo Pancetta Salad

Chicken and crispy pancetta salad with sweet peppadew peppers, sweet baby onions, vine tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, basil and mint. Finished with extra virgin olive oil & red wine vinegar and shaved ricotta salata, served with warm dough sticks
