  • A friend of mine recently extolled the virtues of joining the Club. Where can I get membership details, and how do I join?

    Visit the Club section of our website, where you can find out more about membership and even join online. At present it is not possible to join at our restaurants as all applications are processed at the Club offices.

  • How long does it take?

    Once we have received your details and payment, please allow 10-14 days for us to process your application and send a welcome pack to you.

  • If I become a Joint member will I receive the same benefits as a Single member?

    Yes, each Joint member enjoys the same vouchers and benefits as a Single member.

  • Is any sort of family membership available?

    There is no family membership category at the moment. However, if you wish to arrange membership for more than two people, you can purchase two Joint memberships for four people, or a Joint and a Single membership for 3 people.

  • We're really interested in joining – it looks very good value. Are there any catches; for example can we only take the complimentary pizzas/drinks at specific times/venues?

    In keeping with the PizzaExpress ethos, everything is very straightforward. We have kept rules and regulations to a minimum, and you can find out more in the In Depth section of our site. In answer to your query, you can redeem complimentary pizza/drink vouchers against any pizza on the standard menu at any of our restaurants (in the UK or abroad) whenever the restaurant is open (though you may be charged for any additional toppings you order).

  • I would like to give a year's membership of the PizzaExpress Club as a gift for a friend. Can you tell me the best way to proceed?

    Membership to the PizzaExpress club is an increasingly popular gift, and we can deliver it to your chosen recipient in one of two ways. We can either send the joining pack to your friend along with your own message, or simply send the pack to your address, for you to pass on personally. Just decide which option suits you best when you apply, ensuring you provide up to date contact and transaction details where required.
